Why didn't I get an email/push notification when the system detected activity?

If you are not receiving any emails from SmartCloud, please check your Junk or Spam folder. If you find any notifications from SmartCloud there, you should be able to mark them as "not junk/spam" and they will start going to your Inbox.

It is also important to note that SmartCloud applies a maximum threshold to the number of notifications sent per camera to one notification per two minute period. This is done to reduce the clutter in your Inbox.
