Which cameras work with SmartCloud?

SmartCloud works with the SmartCam HD Plus (SNH-V6414BN). You must have the latest firmware on your SmartCam in order to activate your camera.

If you are unsure what firmware version you have, or if the registration process doesn’t work, go to www.samsungsmartcam.com to update your camera’s firmware.

 

Update Sept 9 2017

The following cameras are supported by SmartCloud.  SmartCam HD Plus (SNH-V6414BN), SmartCam HD Plus (SNH-V6417BN), SmartCam Indoor (SNH-V6431BN), SmartCam D1(SNH-V6435DN).  You must have the latest firmware on your SmartCam in order to activate your camera.

    I have the Samsung SmartCam ....11BN, the 13BN and the 40BN.  Any plans to support them in the future?

    Hi Jack,

    Thank you for your interest in SmartCloud.  At the present moment, only the SNH-V6414BN is supported.  While there is no firm timeline for adding support for additional models, please stay tuned for announcements coming in the not to distant future.

    It sure would be nice to have this option for the SNH-V6431BN, 

    After all, how hard can it be to implement that?

    Stephen,

    Thank you for your interest in the SmartCloud Service.    WE have added support for the following models, SNH-V6431BN and SNH-C6417BN to go along with the SNH-V6414BN. Once you have your camera setup on SmartCam you can then migrate it to the SmartCloud Service.
