Why can't I review Cloud DVR from my mobile device?

This feature is currently only accessible via the SmartCloud web app. This also helps minimize mobile data overage fees by only loading critical event information.

    I'm just testing this and this is a complete deal breaker for me. So if I get an intrusion alert while in a car, I have to pull over or others to go do that I can somehow tether my laptop to my phone and then see the actual recording???

    And on the site, it says there's a Samsung smart could app which of course there's NONE!!!

    Thank you for your interest and feedback about the SmartCloud Service. All feedback is greatly appreciated.  Besides saving on mobile data costs, we also disabled the DVR viewing on mobile to limit using mobile networks which at times tend to be slower.  If you have email notifications configured, you will receive a still image(as an attachment) of any event that occurs and from that determine if you need to review the video when it is safer.  The SmartCloud app is available on both iTunes and Google Play.

    I did install the app you have shown on your screen cap and it did work albeit I have not yet fully tested it. First glance looks good.

    thanks. I think there are a lot of incorrect links and info o which app to use. When I looked for Samsung Smartcloud app as was stated, app store reported that it was unavailable in the US app marketplace. Well fortunately it is resolved and my view is indeed changed.
